Key Responsibilities:

Assist with full-cycle Accounts Payable (training provided)

Receive, organize, and process invoices from email, mail, and vendor websites

Gather invoice details, assign proper coding, and distribute to management for review

Submit approved invoices for processing and payment

Perform general data entry tasks

Complete certificate of disposal/destruction templates for scrapped equipment and computers
Qualifications:

Previous Accounts Payable or administrative experience preferred

Strong attention to detail & organizational skills

Comfortable with data entry and document processing

Ability to maintain a consistent schedule with occasional flexibility (not weekly/monthly changes)
