Accounts Receivable Accountant – Full-Time (40 Hours/Week) | $18-20 DOE | Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM | Salem, OR
Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant looking for a dynamic role in a local Salem-based company? Join our team and play a crucial role in managing incoming payments, customer billing inquiries, and financial reporting to support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices and statements accurately and on time.

Ensure timely and precise customer billing.

Handle cash receipts and ledger postings.

Perform accounts receivable collections and resolve billing discrepancies.

Maintain accurate financial records of invoices and payments.

Reconcile customer accounts and ensure proper payments.

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
Qualifications & Skills:

2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in accounts receivable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and database management.

Strong data entry and 10-key operation skills.

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
