Auto Body Technician – Full Time
Location: Salem, OR
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $22–$30/hr (Entry-level B-Techs: $18–$21/hr)
Position Summary:
We’re hiring a skilled Auto Body Technician to perform high-quality collision repairs using modern tools and equipment. This position involves removing and replacing damaged panels, fenders, and grilles, and reassembling vehicles after paint.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of hands-on collision repair experience
-
Willingness to obtain your own tools if not already equipped

Knowledge of structural and frame repair a plus

Ability to read and follow written estimates and work orders

Physically able to lift 50+ lbs., kneel, bend, and reach during repairs

Strong communication and a commitment to quality workmanship
