Auto Detailer – Full Time
Location: Salem, OR
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $17–$20/hour DOE | 90-day performance evaluation for potential raise
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Auto Detailer to thoroughly clean and prepare vehicles for customer delivery. This role includes washing, vacuuming, polishing, waxing, and maintaining detailing equipment. You will also assist by shuttling vehicles and customers, ensuring smooth shop operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of vehicle exteriors and interiors, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and waxing

Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring they are clean and presentable

Support the repair center by shuttling vehicles and customers

Maintain detailing tools and equipment in good working condition

Conduct visual inspections to identify areas needing further attention or repair

Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Required Skills and Abilities:

Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods

Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes

Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members

Valid driver’s license and eligibility for insurance coverage

Must be at least 18 years old
