Capsulation Machine Operator – $15.05–$18/hr DOE
Location: Mt. Angel, OR (15 miles from Salem)
Job Type: Full-time | Manufacturing | Production
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is actively recruiting a Capsulation Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility. This full-time production role is ideal for candidates with experience in food, supplement, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor capsulation machines in a fast-paced production environment

Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Maintain accurate production logs and complete daily documentation

Perform machine clean-up and product changeovers
-
Assist and cross-train in other departments as needed
Qualifications:
-
1+ year experience in a manufacturing or production role preferred
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
-
Strong attention to detail and reliability
-
Comfortable with basic math and English (read/write/speak)

Experience in vitamin, food, or agricultural production is a plus
