Location: Mt. Angel, OR (15 miles from Salem)
Job Type: Full-time | Manufacturing | Packaging
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Palletize packaged products safely and efficiently

Inspect products for quality and proper packaging

Organize and stack pallets according to company standards

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:

Previous experience in packaging, production, or manufacturing preferred

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Basic English reading and communication skills

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
