Maintenance Mechanic – Swing Shift | $22–$24/hr DOE | Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Location: Salem, Oregon
Pay: $22 – $24 per hour, Depending on Experience
Schedule: Swing shift | Sunday through Thursday | 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
What You’ll Do

Perform preventative, scheduled, and emergency maintenance on facility equipment.

Maintain forklifts, vehicles, and building systems for optimal operation.

Minimize downtime by staying ahead of mechanical issues.

Collaborate with vendors and team members to procure parts and solve technical challenges.

Actively contribute to the plant's Safety Committee.
What We’re Looking For
-
3+ years of full-scope maintenance experience in a manufacturing or plant setting.

Hands-on knowledge in welding, boilers, compressors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and more.

Previous experience working on a safety team, ideally in a food production environment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in high-noise and varying temperature conditions.

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Willingness to be on call for emergency repairs and work swing/overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications

Technical training in mechanical systems, electrical, plumbing, or related fields.

OSHA/NIOSH forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency.
