General Shop Helper – Full Time
Location: Aumsville, OR
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay: $17.00 – $23.99/hr (DOE)
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
What You’ll Do
-
Keep work areas clean and organized
-
Build boxes and prep materials for electrical and plumbing jobs
-
Load buildings with supplies and equipment
-
Drill holes and prep lights for installation
-
Cut and prepare flexible conduits
-
Help clean buildings during and after electrical and plumbing work
-
Assist with stocking and checking supplies
-
Support other teams (Framing, Exteriors, Finish, Building) as needed
What We’re Looking For
-
Able to read a tape measure accurately
-
Basic math skills and attention to detail
-
Willingness to learn power tools
-
Ability to read and follow construction drawings
-
Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
-
Able to lift, bend, climb, and work in tight spaces
-
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather
-
Reliable transportation required
