Superintendent
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Occasional Overtime
Type: Full-Time
Job Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects. This role manages site safety, scheduling, quality, and subcontractor coordination while working closely with the Project Manager to lead the project team.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee site operations, safety, and productivity

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and staff

Manage project schedules and ensure quality standards

Lead subcontractor meetings and direct labor staff

Build strong client and subcontractor relationships
What We’re Looking For
-
5+ years of experience (commercial preferred)

Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices
-
Experience with MS Project, Procore, and Foundation preferred
-
Skilled in reading building plans and managing project flow
-
Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits

$80,000 – $110,000 annually
