Warehouse Operator – Woodburn, OR
Temp 8-12 weeks
Pay: $18-$20 per hour - DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (Saturdays as needed)
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join a growing production facility in Woodburn, OR. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient daily operation of warehouse activities, including inventory management, equipment operation, and coordination with shipping, receiving, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with GMP standards.

Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, shrink wrappers, and scanners.

Perform inspections of incoming and outgoing products.

Manage inventory using warehouse automation systems, including barcodes and location codes.

Support production by staging, labeling, and wrapping finished goods.

Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control.

Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.

Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment and assist with facility sanitation.
Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse experience; manufacturing, food, or feed industry preferred.

Proficiency in warehouse automation and barcode systems.

Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Forklift operation experience required.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly and perform repetitive motion tasks.

Valid driver’s license required.
Work Environment

Exposure to moving mechanical parts, dusty areas, and moderate noise.

Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and bending throughout the workday.
