Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is now recruiting for a Parts Driver for a local Automotive Dealer in Salem, OR! This long term, evaluation to hire position is ideal for candidates looking for steady work with variety in their daily tasks. This position is based out of Salem, OR, and will commute throughout the Salem and surrounding areas for pick ups or parts deliveries.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating pick ups and deliveries with other stores and vendors
- Confirm invoices match purchase orders for each pick up
- Confirm parts numbers for deliveries
- Check payments received with invoice details
- Accurately track and log daily deliveries and pick ups
- Receive signature on each delivery
- Unload and maintain truck each night at the end of the route
- Lift between 10-50lbs on a regular basis
- Check oil fill truck with gas, and maintain cleanliness of vehicle
- Turn in all paperwork and receipts immediately
- Additional duties as needed
Skills/ Experience required:
- Customer service focused
- Previous inventory/ warehouse/ or parts delivery experience preferred
- Valid ODL required with acceptable driving record
Schedule: Monday-Friday, full time. Start time between 6:30am-8am daily.
Pay: $12.00/hr
