Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair tools, machines, and company vehicles.

Safely use welding, cutting, and power tools.

Conduct routine inspections and safety checks.

Keep accurate maintenance and repair records.

Assist in improving shop layout, equipment efficiency, and overall safety.

Collaborate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
-
Able to read a tape measure and follow written or verbal instructions.

Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and gas systems.

Experience with welding, grinders, saws, and hoists.

Capable of lifting 50–100 lbs and standing for extended periods.
-
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Reliable transportation required.

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
