Starting Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM (hours may expand over time)

In this position, you’ll assist with office administration, correspondence, and client communication. Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clerical support to the office and management team

Answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to client inquiries

Maintain accurate records, documents, and digital files

Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting materials

Assist with scheduling, data entry, and office organization

Support property management staff with special projects and owner/resident communications
Qualifications

Previous administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
