Job Overview
We’re hiring for an EMS Warehouse position in a fast-paced production environment. This role is hands-on and cross-functional, with responsibilities that may shift during peak and non-peak periods. We’re looking for a dependable, team-oriented worker with strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and adjust production equipment (direct mail & bindery machines)
- Sort and tray mail, follow job orders, and complete paperwork
- Monitor quality and make basic machine adjustments as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Work overtime when required to meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Must have production, machine operation or assembly experience.
- Reliable, adaptable, and safety-minded
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Solid math and communication skills
- Comfortable standing long hours, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
