HVAC Apprentice – Residential & Light Commercial
Pay: $19–$25/hr DOE
Position Overview
We are looking for an entry-level HVAC Apprentice with 0–4 years of experience. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the trade, gain experience with heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems, and grow into a skilled installer.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in installing HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings

Learn to read layout plans, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals

Support the team with tools, materials, and equipment

Maintain clean, organized, and safe worksites
-
Follow safety protocols and learn from experienced installers
-
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Qualifications
-
0–4 years of HVAC experience or strong interest in learning the trade

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-
Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to grow

Good communication skills
-
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
