Administrative Assistant
Location: Monmouth, OR
Schedule: 32 Hours per Week
Pay: $27.00 per Hour
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and client services within an established financial services firm in Monmouth, OR. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in banking, financial services, or a professional office environment.
This is a part-time position (32 hours per week) offering $27.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to office leadership and senior staff

Schedule client meetings and manage calendars

Prepare correspondence, reports, and client documentation

Maintain accurate and confidential client files and records

Assist with data entry and processing of account-related paperwork

Answer phones and greet clients in a professional manner

Support internal documentation and regulatory tracking processes

Order office supplies and assist with general office coordination
Qualifications:

2+ years of administrative experience (financial or banking environment preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
