VMI Representative (Vendor Managed Inventory)

Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a dependable Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Representative for an established industrial supply operation in the Salem area. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory levels at assigned customer locations, ensuring products remain stocked, organized, and accurately tracked.
The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory, warehouse operations, or stocking and be comfortable working independently while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain vendor-managed inventory at assigned customer locations
• Stock and organize industrial fasteners and hardware products
• Monitor product usage and replenish inventory as needed
• Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain records
• Maintain clean and organized bin systems and storage areas
• Communicate restocking needs with warehouse staff
• Maintain professional interactions with customer contacts
Required Qualifications
• Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or stocking roles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
