Furniture Repair Technician
Location: Salem, OR
Pay: $20+ per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Furniture Repair Technician with woodworking and carpentry skills to repair and restore furniture and cabinets for residential and commercial customers. This hands-on role combines technical skill with problem-solving and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and repair furniture and cabinets using woodworking and carpentry techniques
• Sand, stain, refinish, and restore surfaces to original condition
• Replace or repair damaged parts with precision and care
• Perform on-site repairs while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach
• Keep tools and work areas clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications:
• Experience with woodworking, carpentry, furniture, or cabinet repair preferred
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
