Warehouse & Operations Support
Independence, OR
$25/hr
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Seasonal) | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Off-Season) | 40+ Hours Guaranteed
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Operations Support team member for a hands-on role in the agriculture industry. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, working with equipment, and supporting both warehouse and field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver products to customers and job sites
- Load, unload, and blend materials
- Perform basic equipment and facility maintenance
- Operate equipment and assist with product application
- Maintain warehouse, yard, and vehicle organization
- Support inventory and general operational tasks
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of related experience preferred
- Forklift and equipment experience a plus
- Ability to operate or learn heavy equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and computer skills
- Valid driver’s license required
