Job Full Description
Saw Operator
PAY: $22.00 per hour
LOCATION: Brooks, OR
SCHEDULE: 6:00am-2:30pm with possible overtime. Overtime if needed, would be 5:00am-2:30pm/3:30pm.
Job Duties:
- Operate industrial saw equipment to cut metal materials to specification
- Read work orders, measurements, and cut lists accurately
- Load and unload materials safely using shop equipment
- Inspect materials for accuracy and quality before and after cutting
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production standards
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing, fabrication, or saw operation experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Comfortable working around heavy materials and industrial equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety focus
- Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
