Building Maintenance / Handyman (Temporary – 1 Month)
Location: Mt. Angel, OR
Pay: $18–$25 per hour DOE
Duration: 1-Month Temporary Assignment
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday preferred | Monday–Friday available | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting a dependable Building Maintenance / Handyman for a 1-month temporary assignment at a senior living apartment community in Mt. Angel. This is a great short-term opportunity for someone experienced in general maintenance and light repairs.
Job Duties:
- Perform light building maintenance and general upkeep
- Minor plumbing repairs (sinks, toilets, fixtures)
- Install cabinets and hardware
- Replace light bulbs and basic electrical fixtures
- Complete maintenance work orders efficiently
- Help maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, light carpentry, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a senior living environment
