Project Construction Site Engineer
Location: Salem, OR

Schedule: Full-Time
About the Role
We're seeking a Project Construction Site Engineer to support commercial construction projects from planning through completion. This role works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and compliant with quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and specifications in Procore.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Review estimates, budgets, and change orders.
- Assist with project scheduling, cost tracking, and forecasting.
- Prepare reports and documentation for project meetings.
- Support field operations and help resolve project issues.
- Track project progress and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project requirements.
- Assist with inspections, quality control, and project closeout activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
- Experience in construction project engineering or project coordination preferred.
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and project controls.
