Location: Salem, OR
PAY: Starting at $28.00-$30.00 per hour (DOE)
- Day Shift: Starting at $28.00/hour
- Swing Shift: Starting at $30.00/hour (includes shift differential)
Available Schedules:
- Day Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Swing Shift: Monday-Thursday | 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Job Duties
- Perform fabrication and maintenance welding projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Repair and modify metal components and equipment
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all workplace safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional welding experience
- Experience with fabrication and maintenance welding
- Mechanical experience is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
