Delivery & Warehouse Associate
Location: Salem Area
PAY: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Delivery & Warehouse Associate for a growing company in the Salem area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, combining delivery driving, warehouse operations, inventory control, and production support. Job Duties
- Pull, stage, and verify materials for deliveries and production
- Prepare materials and projects as directed by supervisors
- Assist with production and project preparation before deliveries
- Make deliveries throughout the Willamette Valley
- Work with supervisors, warehouse staff, and sales team to meet production schedules
- Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Support quality control efforts and report concerns to management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed
Qualifications
- Good driving record required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Forklift experience in a warehouse environment preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive pushing, pulling, reaching, and grabbing
- Ability to stand, bend, and remain active throughout the workday
- Ability to work overtime as needed
