Structural Cut Shop Carpenter
Location: Aumsville, OR
Pay: $17.00–$23.99/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift

What You'll Do:
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components
- Build and assemble structural components to production standards
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, saws, drills, routers, nail guns, and other shop equipment
- Load, unload, and move construction materials throughout the shop
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Assist with training and supporting less experienced team members
- Help identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and production efficiency
What We're Looking For:
- Previous carpentry, framing, construction, manufacturing, or cut shop experience
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, saws, drills, routers, nail guns, and measuring equipment
- Strong measuring skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
