Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Salem, OR
PAY: $25.00/hour + bi-weekly bonuses
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | Generally 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Car Stipend: $275/month
Position Overview
Seeking an outgoing, customer-focused professional to generate leads and schedule appointments through customer engagement at retail locations and community events.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers and generate qualified leads
- Schedule appointments from generated leads
- Work at designated Home Depot and Lowe’s locations
- Represent the company at home shows, fairs, and other events
- Set up and maintain promotional booths and displays
- Provide basic product and service information
- Build rapport with customers, store associates, and managers
Territory
The territory covers the Salem area, south to Albany and north to Tigard. Travel between locations and events is required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of lead generation experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Energetic, friendly, and comfortable approaching customers
- Professional demeanor
- Strong time-management skills
- Reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check
- Ability to stand/walk for most of the day and lift up to 45 pounds
