Job Full Description
We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Make Ready Assistant to help prepare apartment units for new residents. In this role, you will support maintenance teams with cleaning, minor repairs, and ensuring units are move-in ready. Duties:
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, including cleaning and basic repairs
- Assist with painting, patching, and touch-up work as needed
- Remove debris, trash, and leftover materials from units and common areas
- Support maintenance staff with minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
- Inspect units to ensure they meet quality and readiness standards
- Help maintain inventory of supplies and tools
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety guidelines
