Position Overview

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Puller to join our team in Wilsonville, OR. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment within our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pull orders based on pick tickets or system instructions
• Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks; forklift experience a plus)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
