Job Full Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our Clients team. The ideal candidate will be the voice and face of our client's organization, as well as being responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will be someone with a positive, can-do attitude. THIS IS A 2-3 MONTH CONTRACT.
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks and input invoices accurately.
- Process sales orders into the system, create invoices, and send them out. Verify all steps have been completed.
- Process incoming parts from vendors and match received inventory to invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Verify item counts and dollar amounts in accordance with established processes and procedures.
- Order lunches for meetings and team events.
- Set calendars and schedule appointments as needed.
- Set up meeting rooms and ensure they are prepared for use.
- Provide general office support and assist various departments as needed.
- Support the Purchasing Manager with administrative tasks and coordination.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
