A client of ours in Lake Oswego is looking to add an Office Manager to their growing team. The perfect person for this role will have recent experience in office management/administration, sales management, and general office experience. This Office Manager is a jack-of-all-trades. You may be overseeing everything from customer service to logistics coordination, to bookkeeping support. Being a quick learner, self-starter, and organized professional is a must. Location: Lake Oswego

Duties:

  • General Office Management
  • Assist in Human Resource Management including recruitment, on-boarding/off-boarding and benefits.
  • Administration of safety alongside our Safety Committee
  • Manage subcontractor records, compliance and relationships
  • Support records, including inventory, maintenance, tracking devices and registration.
  • IT support for all new and existing employees.
  • Phone backup as needed.
  • Audit timesheets for completeness and accuracy.
  • Admin support for Controller, Sales Manager, Project Managers and General Manager.
  • Promote a positive workplace environment and teamwork by always presenting a positive and professional attitude.
  • Perform high level communication both written and verbal.
  • Understand and promote company culture/values.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 yrs. Office Management/Administrative/Human Resources Support experience
  • Bookkeeping Experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge required
  • Follow instructions while working in a team or independent environment.
  • Self-starter, takes initiative
  • Must be able to multitask and work well with conflict management
  • Chinese Language is preferred but not mandatory.

 

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
