Job Full Description
A client of ours in Tualatin is looking to add a Receptionist to their team. The ideal candidate will have office or customer service experience and wants to grow professionally.
This is an evaluation hire position.
Duties:
- Greet guests and visitors & manage the front desk
- Manage a multi-line phone system and forward all incoming calls
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Oversee the preparation for meetings and conference room readiness
- Assists in coordinating department projects and internal/external events as needed
- Maintains office security systems and all access to the facility
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs):
- Strong customer service and relationship development experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- HS Diploma or GED with higher education preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment preferred
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
Pay: $23-24/ hr
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am- 5pm
