Job Title: Office Manager / Bookkeeper
Location: Tualatin, OR
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $25.00-$40.00/hour
A client of ours is looking to hire an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join their family-owned business. This shop specializes in precision machining and is dedicated to delivering high-quality parts and exceptional service to their customers. This position is only open because a 30-year team member is retiring this year. While the person stepping into this position has some big shoes to fill, the organization is excited to welcome new ideas and perspectives to support their growth for the next 30 years.

Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor payments and customer invoicing.
- Payroll Processing: Review employee timecards, ensure accurate job code allocation, and submit payroll through ADP.
- Quoting: Draft and deliver quotes for customer orders.
- Job Cost Tracking: Use Excel to monitor job costs and support accurate invoices.
- Human Resources: Oversee the employee records and relations within the organization.
- Administrative Support: Maintain organized records and assist with general office duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in:
- Peachtree and Sage accounting software
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 10-Key data entry
- ADP payroll systems
