Location: Tualatin
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
As an Office Support Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and customers receive outstanding service. Key duties include:
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Performing data entry using transportation industry software
- Composing and responding to professional email communications
- Setting up and maintaining customer accounts
- Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Completing additional office tasks as assigned by management
