Assembly Technician – Grill Manufacturing (Full-Time)
Location: Tualatin, OR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $21.50/hr, DOE
Start Date: ASAP
Type of placement: Evaluation to hire
Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated Assembly Technicians to join their production team. Under close supervision, you will perform routine and simple tasks including sub-assemblies, final production, product testing, and packaging. This role involves working with hand and power tools in a fast-paced environment and rotating across different stations to meet production needs for gas, electric, commercial, and residential products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble grills and components using hand drills, air staplers, rivet guns, and stud welders
- Perform light welding tasks as needed
- Follow verbal instructions and standard operating procedures
- Rotate across assembly lines and workstations
- Conduct product testing and packaging
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Lift 10–30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Stand for up to 8 hours per shift
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Up to 2 years of assembly experience preferred
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Comfortable in a fast-paced production setting
