Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
Pay: $25-$30/hr. DOE

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Lead/Manager to oversee daily operations at a dynamic facility in Sherwood, Oregon. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and adherence to company standards.
- Receiving & Inventory: Oversee the accurate receipt of goods, verify shipments, and manage inventory control processes.
- Shipping & Logistics: Coordinate outbound shipments, prepare products for delivery, and ensure timely dispatch via company vehicles or carriers.
- Facility Oversight: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse and yard environment across multiple buildings.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce OSHA guidelines, and address equipment issues promptly.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to meet customer and carrier deadlines.
- Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and professional communication.
