A client of ours in Tualatin is looking for a Shop Assistant to help out during their Weekend shift. As a Shop Assistant you will be cutting down scrap parts and filling in around the shop when employees are out. This is a great opportunity for someone to show off their machine mechanical aptitude.
This is an evaluation-to-hire role!
Duties:
- Taking client orders
- Measuring and cutting down scrap parts
- Smoothing metal parts
- Filling in when people are out
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs):
- Tools:
- Hand/power tools
- Saw
- Machine Grinder
- CNC
- Buffer
- Can do attitude
- Reliable
- Willing to learn and grow around the Shop
Pay: $19-20.50/hr DOE
Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 5:00AM-5:30PM
