Sales Fulfillment & Delivery Specialist – Tualatin, OR
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7 AM-4 PM
Pay: $25.00/hr.
Our client is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Fulfillment & Delivery Specialist to support our customers’ site operations. This person serves as the primary point of contact with the customer, providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues or concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role combines hands-on fulfillment work with driving responsibilities, requiring someone who can operate independently while maintaining exceptional service standards. #1939LID
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) fulfillment activities.
- Replenish and fill production line bins with required materials.
- Maintain customer relationships by conveying information, addressing concerns, and facilitating communication between operations, quality, and commercial sales departments.
- Drive a company vehicle to support local delivery and fulfillment needs.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, instant message, and web-based solutions throughout the entire order to remittance process.
- Complete computer-based tasks, including billing activities for the customer.
- Proactively manage customer open order data to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction.
- Receive incoming products and maintain accurate records within the 3PL system.
- Uphold operational integrity, safety standards, and customer service expectations.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required).
