JOB ORDER – Rebar Production Laborer
Location: Wilsonville, OR Type of Placement: Evaluation to Hire Schedule: Monday–Friday (typical industrial plant schedule) Environment: Industrial / Manufacturing (frequent walking & standing 6+ hrs/day)
Position Summary
The Rebar Production Laborer plays a key role in producing high‑quality precast concrete products. This position requires accuracy, physical stamina, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced industrial environment. Candidates should be comfortable with hand tools, measurements, and learning new skills related to rebar fabrication.
Essential Responsibilities

Read and interpret drawings and blueprints accurately

Cut, bend, place, tie, and weld steel rebar

Build and prepare steel cages for concrete filling

Perform facility maintenance and general housekeeping

Support the production team with additional tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Willingness to learn and be trained

Some construction or manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to communicate effectively with team members

Strong attendance and positive attitude

Ability to use basic tools, including tape measure

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
