Job Full Description
A client of ours in Wilsonville is looking to add Quality Assurance Technician to their team. The client uses state-of-the-art metal injection molding technology to create metal components for multiple industries, including, but not limited to: Automotive, Medical, Firearms, Defense, and Consumer Electronics. It is the Quality Technician's duty to assist in the development, characterization, and qualification of new products for production. In addition to processing rejections, maintain equipment change controls, and assist with final inspection.
TEMP ASSIGNMENT 3M+
Duties:
- Assist in the development, characterization, and qualification of new products for production
- Report on (weekly) open rejections and status of corrective actions
- Maintain equipment change controls, assisting with final inspection
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs):
- HS diploma or equivalent with a demonstrable ability to handle basic mathematics and statistics
- Experience with computers: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- 1+ year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Pay: $18/HR
Schedules: DAY SHIFT MONDAY - FRIDAY
