Maintain an organized, accessible product inventory in the warehouse.

Pull, prepare, and stage orders accurately and efficiently.

Assist with material preparation, packaging, and order assembly.

Safely operate sit-down forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.

Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas in accordance with housekeeping standards.

Manage incoming products in the receiving bay as directed.

Prioritize safety for yourself and drivers during deliveries and material movement.

Safely stack, store, and handle materials following all safety guidelines.

Follow all required PPE and safety procedures.

Meet quality standards for finished goods, including packaging and labeling requirements.

Read and follow special instructions for order specifications.

Use measuring tools such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers (training available).

High school diploma or equivalent.

Must have steel-toe or composite-toe boots (all other PPE provided).

Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform manual labor for extended periods (up to 12+ hours).

Strong hearing and field of vision for safety-sensitive tasks.

Experience with forklift operation, material handling, or working with metals—especially in a steel or similar industrial environment—is highly preferred.

Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and problem-solving mindset.
