A client of ours in Tualatin is seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment where phone calls and customer interactions are the core of your day. The role combines the energy of a call center with the structure of a logistics office, offering a dynamic and engaging workday.

- Manage high-volume inbound calls, often back-to-back, while maintaining professionalism
- Deliver accurate, timely solutions to customer inquiries and service requests
- Enter and update data in transportation management systems
- Compose and respond to professional email communications
- Set up and maintain customer accounts
- Follow established communication scripts, guidelines, and policies
- Assist with additional office tasks as directed by management

- Strong spelling and grammar for email and chat support
- Ability to multitask between calls, emails, and data entry
- Consistent achievement of call handling time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction goals
Location: Tualatin
Employment Type: Full-Time Evaluation-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
