Grinder, Production Operator III
Mon-Fri 1 AM-9:30 AM | $25.30
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and learn to set up profile grinding machines to manufacture customer parts
- Adjust machines as needed to maintain quality and meet specifications
- Inspect parts to ensure compliance with required standards
- Troubleshoot minor machine or production issues to maintain efficiency
Qualifications
- 2 years of experiencein a manufacturing environment, including machine setup and operation
- Willing to train to set up machines and meet required production run rates, including operating multiple machines
- Capable of handling small wire sizes (.005” ± .0002”) with a tight tolerance
- Ability to troubleshoot machines and restore production in a timely manner
- Basic reading and writing skills with effective communication abilities
- Strong reliability, attendance, and work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
MUST pass background check and drug screen.
MUST have HS Diploma or GED (provide proof)
