Schedule: Mon-Fri 5 AM-2:30 PM | Pay: $21/hr.
Position Summary
The Cabinet Assembler I performs basic assembly operations involving routine and repetitive tasks. This position is responsible for producing accurate, high-quality products while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and productivity standards.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe work environment by using proper lifting techniques and following all safety procedures.
- Inspect parts and materials for defects.
- Position and align components using fixtures, holding devices, and hand tools such as screwdrivers and pliers.
- Properly use, maintain, and care for equipment and tools, including performing minor preventive maintenance when required.
- Meet and maintain production standards within the assigned product team.
- Participate in inventory counting and stock management processes.
- Complete required documentation accurately and legibly.
- Monitor and maintain proper stock levels within the assigned work area.
- Maintain company standards for quality, cleanliness, and organization.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by team leads and management to support operational goals.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time at an assembly workstation (65% to 100% of the workday).
- Frequently lift items weighing 1 to 5 pounds.
- Frequent repetitive use of hands, wrists, and arms, including grasping and squeezing motions.
- Occasional walking, reaching above shoulder level, and reaching below shoulder level.
- Occasional carrying of items weighing 1 to 5 pounds.
- Ability to push or pull up to 10 pounds for distances up to 100 feet on concrete surfaces.
- Manual dexterity required for light mechanical work.
- Good vision and hearing are required.
