Job Full Description
A client of ours is looking for a Finishing Machine Operator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a company and expand their knowledge to other departments.
This is an evaluation to full-time hire position!
Duties:
- Operating the machine/lift to condense large rolls of material to smaller rolls
- Stacking, packing, and quality control
- Lifting, pushing, pulling, rolling up to 50lbs
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Entry-level—production/manufacturing experience helpful, not required
- Experience in machine operation or packaging is a plus
- Good attention to detail, punctual and reliable
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and stoop
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Repetitive work
- Equipment used:
- strobe light
- pallet jack
- hand truck
Pay: $21/ hour
Schedule: Will train from Monday - Friday 5:00 am - 2:00 pm for 2-3 weeks before switching to normal schedule
Schedule : Monday - Thursday 2pm-12:30am
