Job Full Description

A nationally known moving company is currently seeking and office assisstant to handle duties in customer service and inside sales.

The position would require taking customer calls and inquiries to answer questions and qoute prices about company services.

This position requires a great deal of customer service, communication and building rapport.

You will be reposible for contacting customers who have already shown interest in services (via calling in or through internet inquiries) to nurture relationships, understanding their needs, present possible solutions and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect Outreach: Contact warm leads via phone, email, SMS, or social media.
Needs Assessment: Understand client pain points and specific requirements.
Relationship Nurturing:Build trust and long-term connections.
Product/Service Presentation: Demonstrate how your offering solves their problems.
Pipeline Management:Track interactions and follow-ups in a CRM system.
Closing Deals: Guide prospects to purchase and convert them into customers.

This is a Full-time, in-person position Monday - Friday.
