Our client is a well-established, Lehigh Valley firm distributing specialty building supplies throughout eastern PA, being in operation for over 100 years! They currently have a need for a Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. We are looking for an individual with minimum (5) years' experience to do take-offs/estimating on casework/architectural woodwork/millwork projects; must be experienced in blueprint reading , familiar with cabinetry/casework construction and should understand general construction. Must be comfortable with computers and have knowledge of spreadsheets and Microsoft Word and Excel; must be a well organized multi-tasker; may be handling up to 20+ projects at one point, and must be able to talk the construction "lingo".
Our client offers great benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and growth potential. This position would start between $20-$29/hr. depending on the department and experience, with commission as well. A reasonable expectation of being around $75,000/year by year 3.
