Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr DOE

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Location: Sinking Spring
Responsibilities of the Machine Operator
- Monitor equipment to ensure that products are being assembled properly.
- Operate surface mount machines, which includes understanding the sequence of events, the control panel and indicators.
- Replenish supplies and components per standard operating procedures, while maintaining inventory.
- Prepare the surface mount machine which includes machine adjustments and ability to perform set-up (feeder loading and changing).
- General machine cleaning and upkeep.
- Safe and efficient operation of the electronic component surface mount pick-n- place robots.
- Proper completion of all necessary paperwork to include maintaining accurate records on the machine log sheet using the correct operation numbers.
- Correct production of boards to include good placement of parts, no missing parts, correct part polarity, and correct parts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications of the Machine Operator:
- Electronics assembly experience
- 5 years Machine operator experience
- 5 years Soldering experience
