Job Full Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Lead with a strong background in wire cable assembly and wire harness manufacturing to oversee daily production activities while remaining hands-on in the assembly process. The ideal candidate has solid technical expertise in hand crimping, wire stripping, terminating, and basic soldering, along with demonstrated leadership abilities.

Pay: $22-$24/Hour

Shift: 1st shift – 6:00AM-4:30PM Monday through Thursday
Location: Sinking Spring, PA
Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations within the cable assembly department

Perform hands-on cable and wire harness assembly

Execute and oversee hand crimping, wire stripping, terminating, and basic soldering

Assign tasks based on team strengths and production priorities
-
Monitor work in process to ensure quality and on-time completion

Train and mentor team members on proper assembly techniques

Ensure compliance with quality standards and work instructions

Identify production issues and recommend process improvements
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of experience in wire cable assembly or wire harness manufacturing

Strong knowledge of:
-
Hand crimping
-
Wire stripping
-
Cable terminating
-
Basic soldering
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions

2+ years of prior leadership or supervisory experience

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Must be able to differentiate colors
