Our Wyomissing area client is seeking customer service representatives to join their team! Express is offering a new opportunity for those qualified for and interested in this position!
Customer Service Representative
Pay: $18-$20/hour depending upon experience
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Location: Wyomissing, PA
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Service customer requests via phone or email to generate and send out quotes for different orders
- Prepare proposals accurately, enter orders promptly, provide project planning activities
- Provide recommendations and technical assistance and service to customers
- Build on customer relationships to provide continuing business
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
- 3-5+ Years of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret customer requests and materials for parts
- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred, not required
