Job Full Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to perform inspections, First Article Verifications (FAVs), and support quality processes in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong metrology and blueprint reading skills.
Quality Control Technician
Pay: $23/hr

Shift: 1st shift Monday through Friday (6:00 AM-2:30 PM)
Location: Blandon, PA
Responsibilities:

Perform FAVs (First Article Versions) on new, fabricated, and prototype parts

Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other tools

Document inspection results in Excel

Conduct in-process inspections and support audits

Analyze defects and support corrective actions

Maintain SOPs, QMS standards, and GMP compliance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of quality control experience
- Ability to read & interpret engineering specifications & drawings
- Must be detail oriented and have strong problem solving skills
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
